Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
Dry ingredients
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Add-ins
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Melt butter, then mix in sugar, eggs, vanilla, and red food coloring.
  3. Whisk together dry ingredients and combine with wet mixture.
  4. Fold in white chocolate chips and pour batter into pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, cool, then cut into squares.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
