Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients and mix well.
- Mix dry and wet ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool cookies before serving.
Notes
Use vegan chocolate chips for best results.
