Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Wet ingredients
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Combine wet ingredients and mix well.
  4. Mix dry and wet ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Drop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Cool cookies before serving.

Notes

Use vegan chocolate chips for best results.
