Method
- Preheat pan, add butter, onion, celery, carrot, and seasonings. Cook until vegetables are soft, about 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, add ground meats, eggs, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire, anchovy paste, and cooked vegetables. Mix well.
- Add meatloaf mix to a loaf pan and press down.
- Pour the glaze over top, then bake at 350 F for about an hour.
Notes
For a richer flavor, let the meatloaf rest for 10-15 minutes after baking before slicing.
