  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, sugar, and oil in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in nuts.
  5. Spoon batter into muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
