  • 4 cups cubed watermelon, seedless
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave optional, adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Place watermelon, lime juice, and honey/agave (if using) into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Place the popsicle sticks into the molds.
  5. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
  6. To remove, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles.

Notes

For a sweeter popsicle, add more honey or agave. You can also add other fruits like strawberries or blueberries for extra flavor.
