Dough
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add egg, maple syrup, and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt; form dough and scoop onto sheet.
  5. Bake 10-12 minutes, cool, then dip in melted white chocolate and decorate.
