Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Cream butter, sugars, and egg until fluffy.
- Add vanilla and peppermint extracts, mix well.
- Mix in dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips and peppermint candies.
- Drop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool before serving.
Notes
For extra peppermint flavor, sprinkle crushed candies on top before baking.
