Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar, then add molasses, egg, vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry, chill dough 30 mins.
- Shape dough into balls, coat with powdered sugar, bake 10-12 mins.
Notes
Chilling the dough makes it easier to handle and shapes better.
