Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy, then add vanilla and egg.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients into wet, then fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let cool on the sheet.
