Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; combine wet ingredients in another, then mix together to form a thick dough.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes, then scoop and roll into balls. Coat each in powdered sugar.
- Place coated dough balls on baking sheet, spaced apart, and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool before serving.
Notes
Chilling the dough makes handling easier and results in better cookies.
