Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 17.5 oz Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 egg
Topping
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting from 1 tub (16 oz)
  • 3.5 cups assorted fresh fruit

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray pan with cooking spray.
  2. Stir cookie mix, butter, and egg. Press dough in pan. Bake 10-15 minutes. Cool completely.
  3. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Stir in frosting. Spread over cookie pizza. Arrange fruit on top.
