  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 1.5 lbs or 680 g
Seasonings
  • 4 cloves minced fresh garlic
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper, then place in baking dish.
  4. Pour garlic butter mixture over chicken and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Optional: broil for 2-3 minutes for crispy top. Rest before serving.
