Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mash bananas and stir in honey, oil, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra moisture, add a tablespoon of applesauce.
