Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon teaspoon salt
Wet ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed bananas
  • 1/3 cup cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons teaspoons vanilla extract
Add-ins
  • 1/2 cup cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mash bananas and stir in honey, oil, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
  6. Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra moisture, add a tablespoon of applesauce.
