Method
- Simmer beans, half the onions, and half the garlic in chicken stock for 2 hours until beans soften.
- Add cooked chicken and salsa to the pot.
- Seed and dice jalapenos.
- Sauté peppers, spices, remaining onions and garlic in oil, then add to the pot and simmer for 1 hour.
- Garnish with sour cream, cheese, and cilantro before serving.
Notes
For a spicier chili, add more cayenne or jalapenos.
